Walked in got a table straight away which is unusual as always busy. My waitress Ali was lovely and took my order really quickly, I looked at my watch and realised I was running late and wouldn't have time to eat it at the table and asked if they could do it take away for me. Tea was decanted, breakfast was wrapped up for me to eat at my next spot. Thank you for being so flexible especially when it was my error as always a great breakfast
Traditional British cafe situated in Rayleigh high street, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere inside. Great pie and mash , cooked breakfast and a large menu of other choices including a kids selection.. Definitely a good choice of cafe if in Rayleigh
Absolutely loved the breakfast we both had. The staff where very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again before we go jome to Australia ????????
We came all the way from Oxford to get a taste of pie and mash ( and to visit family) this did not disappoint! I had burger and chips and the burger was lovley, my husband had pie and mash and he loved it.
We had our 2 young children with us who had sausage and chips which seemed to go down well, the staff where so friendly and welcoming would rate this place a 5* easily, great little cafe
Good food friendly staff only put 4 for food as I only been in there for fry ups and I've had better but it was still nice and also good value
